1. Everyday, do something you really enjoy.
2. Get enough sleep.
3. If you always rush in the morning, get up 15 minutes earlier.
4. Prepare for the morning the evening before.
5. Go to sleep and wake up at the same time every day.
6. Learn to live one day at a time.
7. Turn off the television and enjoy the quiet.
8. Get an answering machine or unplug your phone.
